MMO: Account not found

First off I'm brand new
I downloaded the client last night while Blue Mars was down and this morning downloaded the patch for that version. i received confirmation memos last night and followed the instructions for downloading the application which appears to have installed correctly. My issue is the captioned system message which I receive on the home page when I try to go anywhere. i tried one of the cities in addition to the welcome area (I downloaded the city before trying that step). Still no joy

See if you can log in with http://www.bluemars.com/signin.html

Its possible it was a temporary glitch, due to the major update yesterday. If you can log in to the website, you *should* also be able to log in to the game. It's also possible their database didn't catch your registration cause it was down for maintenance. In other words, you got the email, but it didn't get added to the system.
