I found the way out of area which was obviously originally planned for visitors and I saw similar picture like the one you posted.

Seems to be a filter/pump of some sort. Grid Rock. I must say I LOVE the changing environment/time lapse. Sunrise and sunset moments are amazing in this area.

The water is astoundingly lovely, considering that it seems to exist mainly as a backdrop. Not fond of the yellow orchids and the terrain textures, but with that amazing sky and sea... *swoon*
