All of our trademarks, logos, web pages, or other distinctive elements are protected by applicable trademark, copyright and other intellectual property laws. If you would like to use any of them on your website, in an ad, in an article or book, or reproduce them anywhere else, you may need to first receive permission from Avatar Reality and you must follow the branding guidelines below:
Avatar Reality grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Blue Mars brand and trademarks subject to the following guidelines and terms and conditions.
The Avatar Reality logo may not be used.
The Blue Mars logo may not be used.
Any name with “Blue Mars” alone may not be used in a name without permission. For example, “Blue Mars Dance City” may not be used.
The brand “Blue Mars” may be used only to indicate location – for example: “on Blue Mars” and only if your product or service is for use in or with the Blue Mars virtual world platform and is not a 3D virtual world or a platform for a 3D virtual world.
If used with your logo, “on Blue Mars” needs to be smaller in size than your logo. The first instance of this use should be followed by a TM symbol, “on Blue Mars™”.
Any use of “Blue Mars” needs to include footer attribution in your communication: “Blue Mars is a trademark of Avatar Reality.”
The use of “Blue,” “Mars,” “Blue Mars,” “Avatar,” “Reality,” or “Avatar Reality,” in the title of any area of Blue Mars, including but not limited to City, Block, and Shop, areas, regardless of punctuation, capitalization, or language, is prohibited.
“Blue Mars” may be used in messaging as long as it is followed or preceded by a proper generic term. The first instance of this use should be followed by a TM symbol. For example, “a game on Blue Mars™,” or, “a Blue Mars™ attraction” is acceptable. Any use of “Blue Mars” needs to include footer attribution in your communication: “Blue Mars is a trademark of Avatar Reality.”
The brand “Blue Mars” may not be used in a first level domain name. “onBlueMars” may be used as a second level domain name.

Avatar Reality may request changes to or removal of any uses of the Blue Mars brand and trademarks that we believe do not comply with these guidelines and terms and conditions or that might otherwise impair our rights in the trademarks. In addition, Avatar Reality may revise, change or update these guidelines and terms and conditions, from time to time, at any time, in its sole discretion.
